Certified Organic Grassfed and Finished Beef.

We raise mostly black angus with a few hereford crosses thrown in the mix as well. Our herd is certified grassfed and finished which means our animals eat grass or hay all year, never grain, or corn products. We have our animals processed in a certified humane facility that treats are animals with respect and care.

Our cows come from generations of grass based genetics, they are hardy, strong and fast growing animals who need minimal human inputs. We are building a silvo-pasture grazing system where we are integrating trees into our grasslands and grass into our woodlands to increase our abilities to draw down greenhouse gases as well as our economic and ecological yields per acre.
