OUR BEEF CSA = 6-12LBS OF STEAKS, BURGER, ROASTS, OR RIBS - MONTHLY

How does this CSA work? 

Our CSA can be purchased in three, six or twelve month increments and in 6lb or 12lb sizes. Contents of shares will vary month to month so you will get a variety of cuts to try each time. We will always include a package or two of burger and fill the rest with roasts, steaks, or ribs. Each package will contain a variety of quality cuts listed below. Your meat will come frozen in a cooler bag. You can pick up at our farmstand on McNamara road in Tinmouth, the Rutland Area Food Co-op or at participating workplaces.

We process animals year round so we always have a good supply of cuts on hand. Some of the cuts that will be in your share could be: Ribeye steaks, T-bone Steaks, Porterhouse Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Strip Steaks, Skirt Steak, London Broil, Top Round Roast, Bottom Round Roast, Chuck Roast, Eye Round Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Boneless Shoulder Roast, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, and Ground Beef.

Pick-ups or drop offs are the first week of each month.
